*We offer boiler replacements and boiler servicing for both oil and gas systems. 

What is a boiler service?

In order to ensure that the boiler at your home is functioning efficiently and effectively, our engineers will complete specific boiler service checks. This will include the following checks:

• Visual inspection
• Operation and control
• Flue and combustion checks
• Cleaning of the main boiler components

Other checks include: seals, location of boiler, electrical wiring connections, ventilation, thermostat controls, and safety devices.

Why should I service my boiler?

• Many manufacturers will require you to service your boiler in order to keep your warranty intact.
• To minimise the risk of a breakdown and extend the life of the boiler.

• It is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT for landlords renting out a property to service their boilers.

*All boiler services will be completed by engineers who are registered as Gas Safe as per UK regulations.

Boiler changes

Our engineers are all gas safe and are highly experienced, which can ensure peace of mind when changing your boilers. Our engineers are open and honest, and will explain to you all the options available when looking to purchase your next boiler. Or even advise you on repairs when they believe it may not be cost efficient to replace your boiler quite yet.

Our engineers will use their expert knowledge to advise you on what is the best system for your property as there are a few different types such as combi boilers, system boilers and conventional boilers (open vent or heat only).

*All boilers now installed in the UK must be condensing boilers as they are much more fuel efficient and therefore better for the environment.
